Offer: The Giants' "street team" handed out 30,000 free Giants logo baseballs with instructions directing them to SBC’s web site. At that point, fans could fill out a questionnaire for a chance to throw out the honorary first pitch at a future Giants home game.

Web sites with additional exposure of public address announcements and scoreboard advertisements at Giants games.

Success: The Giants and SBC were able to gain access to valuable customer data that will be used for future business solicitations. The questionnaire
